A fundamental part of the project was the creation of a clear brand identity and brand guide, focusing on the core messages and values of our idea and how these were translated through typography, colour and iconography.
Having experimented with a range of visual styles, I honed in my idea and created a cohesive brand identity for Onward Travel Co.
I then created a clear set of brand guidelines to not only demonstrate the brand application, but to also help guide myself through the latter stages of designing the website and the marketing for social channels.
The brand guide covered key areas of the design including typography, colour, logo use and image treatments. These helped to set clear rules for use and also explore how this linked back to the core brand message.
